Zenith® Zoysia Grass - sold by the square foot
Zenith Zoysia is a perfect fit for both homes and commercial spaces. It is a great alternative to traditional lawn grasses, and is oftentimes used as a replacement for Tall Fescue due to its similar blade appearance. It is a warm season grass, which means it requires several hours of sunlight & goes dormant in the winter. Zenith is bred to be cold, drought, and disease resistant. This allows it to work especially well in our Mid-Atlantic region, extending up to New York and south into the Carolinas! It also requires much less fertilizer and mowing when compared to Kentucky Bluegrass or Tall Fescue. Zoysia sod is great for those looking for an extremely low maintenance lawn option.

Note: Zoysiagrass is a WARM SEASON GRASS, and turns a golden color after the first frost in the fall. It will turn vibrant green again once weather begins to warm in March or April.
How Zoysia is Shipped
Our Zoysia is cut into 10 square foot rolls that are stacked 60 rolls per pallet. Each pallet holds 600 square feet of Zoysia sod. Our farm grows & supplies premium Zenith Zoysia sod available for same-day pickup and/or delivery!

Where can I pick this up?
Zoysia is available for pick-up at Centreville MD and Alexandra VA locations! We do not have zoysia at our Annapolis MD location. Order online and select the location where you'd like to pick up during checkout: Click here for locations map. We also can deliver if picking up is not an option for you!
