Product Overview
Our very own hand-selected seed blend that is mixed right here in Maryland. We select seed based on how well it performs in our area. A nice lawn starts with great seed. Unlike the seed you may find at big box stores this seed is made for our climate.
A strong and durable mixture, Durablend is partially shade tolerant, drought tolerant and disease resistant.
For best results plant in an area that receives a minimum of 4 hours of sunlight each day. For areas that get less sunlight add a bag of dense shade seed mix to your order.

New seeding: 7 lbs per 1,000 square feet
Over-seeding: 3 lbs per 1,000 square feet
