Our very own hand-selected seed blend that is mixed right here in Maryland! We select seed based on how well it performs in our area. A lush lawn starts with premium seed. Unlike the seed you may find at big box stores, ours is specifically designed for this climate and has absolutely zero weed seeds!
A strong and resilient mixture, Durablend Tall Fescue can handle partial shade, drought tolerant and disease resistant.
For best results plant in an area that receives a minimum of 4 hours of sunlight each day. For areas that get less sunlight add a bag of dense shade seed mix to your order.

New seeding: 7 lbs per 1,000 square feet
Over-seeding: 3 lbs per 1,000 square feet
